Business Biography
Being born into a business family Funky Taurus was typing on the computer numbers and calculations when other children were learning how to fix a puzzle and how to play games with other children, because the nosiness of what is going on in the office made FT staying away from normal school kid life, which was easy anyway. There were always interesting things to learn and how to entertain herself was something FT already knew because of coming on earth as a natural born artist. Introductions to business strategies, executive summaries, business plans, market analyses and marketing targets, investments was the normal life and international Import / Export businesses, contracts and administration, taxes and how to make money to spend was always pure fun beside sports.
It was so obvious that the own product ( sole right and copyright holding ) is the key to freedom and a self-determined life and giving the opportunity to do what ever is wanted in a self-determined way of time and looks and of course by using the brain and by having the ability and features to have an own product
That was the key to remain the person FT without being bought and in free spirit.
The visual, musical and artistic parts of the brain worked at the same time and so beside seeing devils dancing in the light FT always took care of her own businesses. Finishing school with the a - level degree she was at the university studying management, marketing and checked in at side fields as well. Coaching, psychological aspects, English and French languages, employee guiding and group dynamics and always looking for knew strategies and trends.
Working to finance Funky Taurus equipment for art work ( camera equipment, computers for TV productions, photo equipment and office equipment ) FT worked in different offices and companies such as tax consultancies, telephone marketing, London stock exchange, B to B, B to C companies and all the knowledge was good to have.
Main focus point was to keep the artistic life free from any financial problems and to keep the entire freedom and to be able to pay all the copyright registration fees for all music and vocal pieces and pictures.
The side effect was that FT was able to bring the Trademark Funky Taurus to a certain level with a corporate identity and all marketing tools available worldwide.
Taking part in business conferences such as Earl Faber Castell / Bavaria meetings or international American Marketing Associations meetings and great contact to business people like Donald Trump allows constant development of skills. Investment , Equity and Venture Capital are special fields of Funky Taurus beside Trademark development and general marketing such as Artist Management and Financing inclusively demographic analysis and target group investments.

In artist finances her key to skip problems was: NOT to Stumble into problems and by skipping the wrong advise and the wrong people by simply saying: NO. FT was always aware of how to remain free and how to keep the artist happy.
Great people like George Clinton, Doc Hollywood ( Warner Brothers ) gave support and advice ( prices for special marketing packages and special fields ) . That knowledge is not public and you cannot be taught at any University in that combination.

Beginning with vocal and dancing classes, Funky Taurus decided also to work as a music contract translator for the famous band Scorpions. So she developed a basis for her own companies and knows about contracts from inside the music business. FT developed her abilities in different fields to be free to expand without compromising. In the meantime FT is a composer, singer, songwriter, producer, photographer, model, designer, video - and TV producer and comic author. To be a business person as well was necessary to protect the art and to be free which leaded into working internationally with great business persons. International great artists were in mutual projects right from the beginning since ever.
There are also other abilities like: Cooperations with different governments, investment businesses and new settlements for companies ( Donald Trump got projects sent, Governor Chr. Wulff, Earl Faber-Castell, Minister of State Erwin Huber ). There are also the Funky Taurus Art and Music Foundation and the Funky Taurus Companies to coordinate Funky Taurus Projects and Products, inclusive marketing and sponsorships.
The 90 ties - 2005: Work at Scorpions as a music contract translator, meeting Roger Troutman, contact to Paisley Park Prince to learn about studio technique ( Prince sent all Equipment lists ) , first photographs are shot, than meeting the legendary US producer George Clinton, vocal tapes were sent to him and first own compositions came into being which leaded into a personal invitation to the private farm of George Clinton. Many songs were recorded and the basis of a long-term cooperation came into being. FT was taught the typical GC production technique and also met Morris Day and The Time ( Purple Rain ), joined the Mothership Connection Party at Central Park in New York City.
Her first own record is E=mc² and produced by her in Detroit. It is the own correct way of showing the nowadays stand of theoretical physics and is based on of course Einstein´s Theory of Relativity but goes further to String Theories and even the 8 isomere lifetime.
It is a composition with spoken words for not to be blamed "just a vocalist but a complete personality. The vocal songs are going to be released soon now. FT is in the internet since Bowie and is independent from the regular industry. The own concepts offer freedom and are based on the own Funky Taurus record label in Detroit since 1996. FT is a registered trademark and familiar with John Dubuque ( Olympics ) and Ryuichi Sakamoto where the Japanese influences are coming from. To be allowed to jump on Bootsy’s stage or to perform with George Clinton is a great honour and trained her well for her own music shows with band members who are members in the Hall of Fame and who have played with James Brown or one even with Miles Davis, just to mention some basics.
To develop the Funky Taurus Music - and Art Foundation ( South Africa ) had a huge musical influence as well and so the African styles are part of the unique Funk and P-Funk , Hip-Hop style of the artist Funky Taurus, who has created her own style.
The monthly Funky Taurus TV Show called Latest News is broadcasted every last Tuesday on Euronews Channel at 19.30 and the following Saturday at 21.30. The Videos are run on 3sat.
Exhibitions are placed once in a while all over the planet.
Once in a while there are FT photo exhibitions in cities of this world such as Alicante / Spain, New York / N.Y. Hambourg / Germany, Newcastle / Great Britain.
